Enquire About Co-Hosting

From a host who knows the work.

Geoff has hosted on Airbnb for 13 years, owns and runs Bluegums Retreat and Kurrajong Retreat, is a Superhost and sits on the Airbnb Host Advisory Board.

“I cohost for Hosts who want to take a break - go on holidays - or just have a short rest. We all know how much work hosting is.”

Things we could talk about

Every property is different, so what co-hosting covers is worked out with you. These are starting points for the conversation, not a fixed package.

  1. 01

    Guest communication

Answering questions and looking after guests while you're away.

  2. 02

    Your listing

Keeping descriptions, photos and house rules up to date.

  3. 03

    Calendar

Keeping an eye on bookings and availability.

  4. 04

    Getting the place ready

Coordinating cleaning and preparation between stays.
