The bedroom has a king bed with luxury linen and opens onto an ensuite with a soaker tub and rain shower. The open-plan lounge and dining area has a gas fire, split-system heating and cooling and a modern kitchen.
Everything opens onto a large deck overlooking the dam and the grounds — a quiet place for two, all year round.
